Flower A ring or whorl of yellow, 2-lipped flowers spotted with purple emerging from a tubed, green calyx above another ring of whitish bracts.  There is usually more than one ring of flowers per stem.  The upper lip of each flower is strongly arched.
Leaf Leaves are 1-3" long, narrow, and somewhat fuzzy.  They occur in pairs with another pair of smaller leaves at their base.
Notes Stems are erect, square in cross section and covered with fine fuzz.
