Flower Clusters of bell-shaped, drooping fragrant flowers that have white to pink petals and purple bracts at their base. Flowers have several stamen filaments hanging below the petals.
Leaf Leaves on lower stem are long-stalked, mostly triangular with 3-5 sharply pointed lobes.  Leaves on upper stem are smaller, short-stalked and more oblong than triangular
Notes Stems are smooth, stout, and exude milky juice when cut or broken.
