Flower Flowers have 6 greenish-white petals form a star-like shape with dark or yellow spots near the center.  They may also be bronze or purple on the underside.  Each petal has a heart-shaped greenish gland at its base.  The petals are actually 3 petals and 3 sepals.
Leaf Leaves are mostly basal and grass-like  They may be quite long (up to 20")
Notes Stems are smooth and stiffly erect.  All parts of this plant are poisonous if eaten.
