2007 Port Oneida Fair
The 2007 Port Oneida fair was held August 10 &
11, 2007
at several different sites in the Port Oneida Rural Historic District of the
Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. Over 4,500 people visited the fair
generating significant interest in the history of the
Port Oneida region. Browse the links
on the left navigation bar for a description of the activities and see some
photos of each of the venues at this year's fair.
Each year a painting by a local artist is chosen
for the official Fair Poster. Sales of the poster are used to help fund the cost
of the fair. Posters sell for $10 each ($12 each if signed by the artist). Each
of the Port Oneida Fair Posters are available for
purchase.
The fair was sponsored by the
Friends
