Deep violet to lavender flowers
approx. 1" across with 5 petals. The center of the flower is white
with the 3 lower petals strongly veined. Flowers are often below the
leaves and have their own stalk. |

The leaves are heart-shaped with
a scalloped tooth. The surface of the leaf is often woolly and rolled along
the edge. Each leaf also has it's own stalk rising from the base of
the plant. |
