Flower A cluster of 3-10 pink - purple pea flowers on a long stalk.
Leaf Compound leaf 3-6" long with up to 6 pairs of fleshy egg-shaped leaflets. A forked tendril is at the tip of the leafstalk.
Notes This is a common plant around Great Lake beaches.  Stems are arching and climbing, smooth and angled.
