Flower Flowers are small - about 1/4" in diameter with 5 blue petals around a yellow, star-like center.
Leaf Leaves are stalkless, elongated, and hairy.  They alternate along the stem.
Notes Stems are hairy and plants are upright when young and lay down when older.  Usually plants grow as colonies.  Forget-Me-Not is native to Eurasia.
