The hayfield south of the road, looking  southwest.  The Olsens owned 160 acres, on both sides of M-22 between Port Oneida Road and Thoreson Road.  There used to be a small sawmill across the road from here, near Thoreson Road.  Most of the lumber in the house and barn was milled there, from surrounding hills.
